We are currently having issues with performing operations on .BIZ domains toward the registry. Our techs are working to solve this, but in the meantime you are welcome to contact our support for any changes and we will help out as soon as possible.

We are experiencing some problems with one of our Apache clusters right now. We are currently investigating the problem.

The Apache cluster has been reinforced and have stabilized. We are currently monitoring the situation to make sure that it's back to working condition.

After giving some extra resources to the affected cluster the problems disappeared and we consider this incident solved.

On Thursday morning we will perform some minor updates to our automation and billing systems, causing the control panels and order pages to be unreachable for around 30-60 minutes starting at 5 am. This will not affect any of the customers services (web, dns, email etc).
The update is for fixing minor bugs, and mainly to prepare coming updates to UI and features.
