Problem with incoming email

There's currently a problem with incoming email for our shared hosting customers. We are working on resolving it and it should work normally again soon.

Minor critical update and restart of control panel systems Scheduled
Status: Fixed - 2 days, 15 hours ago

Tonight around 23:00 (CET) we will do some minor updates to our control panels and the backend systems managing the customer end web interfaces.

This is expected to take around 15 minutes and during this time the control panels and order pages will not be reachable. None of the customers own services (web, mail etc) will be effected by this.

Update 23:40: All systems are now operational again.
