Slow updates for DNS zones

We are currently seeing that DNS zones that are added as new, updated or removed are not currently working as it should and causing delays. We expect the delays to be around 3-5 hours before that change is made publicly to our DNS-clusters including the Anycast network. It is not affecting DNS resolutions in any environment.

New information:

The issue has been identified and handled properly by our technicians. There will be delays in DNS propagation for some zones during the night, but we are monitoring the situation and it will slowly normalize and become fully stable later tonight.

We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused and will also take measures to prevent this from happening again.

No incidents during the past 7 days.
