Customer SSH-cluster has been taken down for emergency maintenance. Preliminary estimate is that service will be restored around lunch hours tomorrow (12/11).

We are currently working one some issues that have made the control panels and order systems unavailable. Our techs are hoping to have this resolved shortly.

The issue has been found a while back and we have been working to solve this in the best way possible. However, it will require some time and due to the problems nature we have decided to put priority on quality and safety in this case, rather than getting it working asap and risking future events. We are currently estimating the access to control panels and order pages to be unavailable until later tonight and we appologize for any issues this is creating for our customers.

We are still working on the issue. Sadly this is taking much longer than expected, and as it looks now we will not be able to open access to the control panel/order pages until tomorrow during the day. We will update as soon as there is more information.

The control panel systems have been open since this morning, and we recently opened up order pages as well. We have some work left to do but it should not effect the managment of services, or the customers services themselves as it looks. We will monitor things very close the upcoming days too, and are continuing our work to prevent any issues of this kind.
