Vi arbetar fortsatt tillsammans med vår lagringsleverantör för att åtgärda de återstående problemen som orsakats av störningen i vår lagringsplattform. Just nu ser vi vissa IIS-webbplatser som inte kan nås samt en del wordpress-webbplatser med längre svarstider än normalt. Vi arbetar med högsta prioritet för att åtgärda detta.

English: We are continuously working with our storage provider to sort out the remaining issues caused by storage instability. Right now we see some IIS-sites that are not reachable and also some wordpress sites with longer than normal load times. Please be assure that we are working with the highest priority to sort this out.

Just nu så är det mesta av prestanda problemen löst. Vi har jobbat tillsammans med lagringsleverantören och identfierat problem som orsakde den dåliga prestandan. Under kvällen, natten och morgonen har vi gjort flera justeringar för att förbättre prestandan. Vi kommer fortsatt att övervaka situtationen och jobba för att förvättra prestandan. Vi kommer fortsätta göra löpande uppdateringar.

Vi ser dock fortfarande att vissa kunder med IIS-siter är påverkade och jobbar för att lösa det så snart som möjligt.

English: As of right now we there is still some issues We have worked with storage vendors closely and identified several potential causes for the impaired performance. We have made several adjustments and expect to see improvement. We will however continue investigating and working to improve the performance further. We will update the status as more information becomes available

However we still see some issues that impact some of our customers with IIS-sites. We are working to solve that as soon as possible.

We are aware that a large portion of websites are performing bad at the moment, and doing our best to restore the performance back to normal. We will publish an update as soon as we can estimate the expected time of resolving the issue.

New information:

The storage issue is now resolved. One of the storage nodes has crashed and a correct fail-over didn't occur. Matters were slowed down by having 2 disks failed at once (which has likely caused the crash). We have replaced the disks and booted the storage node. Platform functionality is being recovered at the moment and should be fully restored within the next hour. We will investigate the situation closer once the service disruption has been fixed.

No incidents during the past 7 days.
